In addition to technical skills, an assistant electrician should also possess some soft skills and personal attributes. He/she should be able to:

•          maintain mental and physical fitness to perform at work;

•          be reliable and honest;

•          be courteous while interacting with coworkers;

•          maintain personal hygiene at all times;

•          plan, organize and complete assigned tasks.
